Our group classes are growing almost faster than we can arrange time and space for new classes! The biggest reason we're growing is we promise that we'll have you dancing within 10 minutes after you get on the floor your very first night, and we always make good on that promise. Our classes are fun and nicely paced for all, whether you're a fast or not so fast learner. No one is ever left behind and we mean NO ONE! You'll have a ton of fun too while meeting some really nice people and all of you will go home after your first class saying, "I can do this"! Our classes are reasonably priced at $14 per person for each one hour class.
WE ARE SKIPPING THE FOURTH OF JULY WEEK SO OUR NEW CLASSES START MONDAY JULY 10TH!

Dancing is for happy people!
Smart dance teachers will always cite the health and longevity benefits of learning to dance and then living life to include a lot of dancing to their students. More often than not, it sounds a lot like a sales pitch and I can certainly see how it would. So don't take our word for it. Check out the content below and then research it on your own by searching for "health benefits of partner dancing". The results of your search will be on the overwhelming side with tons of reading for you. Hopefully you'll find all of it convincing you to give "dance" a try!
